Product introduction
HZD-RSDC type overspeed protection device is a high reliability speed monitoring system, its function is to measure and monitor the speed of large rotating machinery such as steam turbine. When the unit speed reaches the set critical trip speed, it sends an alarm to the operator, outputs the critical shutdown and protection node signal, and controls the emergency release valve to close the main valve. Avoid unit damage due to overspeed.
The device is designed according to high reliability, has sufficient redundancy factor, adopts three modules to measure the speed, and uses independent power supply; Reset and check logic control to ensure the reliability of each working state, two out of three voting module to ensure the reliability of critical trip shutdown, so this monitoring and protection device is suitable for small and medium-sized rotating mechanical device TSI system design.
