Manual radial loading kits and eddy current brakes can be used at the same time to change the size of the experimental load. . Supporting data acquisition system and related software, acceleration sensor, eddy current sensor, etc. can realize vibration, noise, torque, and speed signal measurement of normal and faulty bearings, rotor faults, and blade faults.

2. Experimental research content

Rotor fault research: rotor unbalance fault, rotor misalignment fault, rotor friction fault, rotor crack fault, rotor deformation fault, etc.;

Rolling bearing fault research: different fault forms of support bearings, such as pitting, cracks, wear, cage fracture, etc.;

Simulation of different working conditions: rotor and bearing characteristics under the state of motor speed up and down, rotor and bearing characteristics under different load conditions, etc.
