Simulation Test Stand For Research On Failure Mechanism Of Internal And External Double Rotors Of Aero-engine
1. The basic structure of the test bench
The test bench uses motors, dynamic torque sensors, internal and external dual-rotor systems, blade casing systems, and eddy current brakes as experimental loads to form a complete fault simulation system. The size of the experimental load can be changed by adjusting the excitation current of the eddy current brakes. Supporting data acquisition system and related software, acceleration sensor, eddy current sensor, etc. can realize vibration, noise, torque, and speed signal measurement of normal and faulty bearings, rotor faults, and blade faults.
2. Experimental research content
Motor fault research: With different types of faulty motors and current and voltage sensors, it is possible to study motor rotor unbalance faults, motor bearing faults, motor rotor broken bar faults, etc.;
Research on blade casing faults: different degrees of blade crack faults, friction experiments between blades and casing, etc.;
Rolling bearing fault research: different fault forms of support bearings, such as pitting, cracks, wear, cage fracture, etc.;
Simulation of different working conditions: characteristics of rotors, bearings, and blades under the state of motor speed up and down, characteristics of rotors, bearings, and blades under different load states, etc.
